I’m Gaël Roda, a creative producer and motion director based in France, working with agencies and premium brands on animation and motion design projects where visual precision, production clarity and high standards of execution matter.
Background
Before moving into animation, I spent 15 years in creative direction within major Paris advertising agencies. Since 2010, I have been working in animation and motion design, gradually developing a practice that combines creative thinking, visual sensitivity and production expertise.

Depending on the assignment, I may contribute as a creative producer, motion director, animation director or production partner, always with the same objective: defining the right framework for the work, bringing together the right people, and ensuring that the final result remains coherent, precise and well crafted.
La Pompadour
In 2014, I founded La Pompadour, an animation production house created to develop and produce animated films for communication, advertising and digital platforms. Depending on the scale and complexity of the brief, collaborations may be handled directly with me or through a broader production setup.

What matters to me is not only the quality of the final image, but the intelligence of the process behind it.
